I'm almost certain she did some photo prep carb/sodium manipulation in her final week to drop water weight and show maximum definition. I agree, whatever she did, she nailed it. Whether I did anything crazy depends on your definition of crazy ;- ) I worked really hard the whole challenge, so I didn't want to mess it up in the last 2 weeks. I stuck with BFL meals and amounts, but was super strict with them - no processed carbs, no dairy, as little sodium as possible, and no creatine. It was a lot like 's lean-out menu. I wanted to err on the side of looking lean rather than having super-pumped muscles, so I didn't worry too much about carbing down/carb loading, except for having very low carbs the day before the photos. It wasn't anything special in weeks 8-12 that accounts for the results.
