Leigh,

The people I know that took Mylanta, only cared that

it worked. They didn't care about any scientific

evidence. It lowered their cholesterol, and that was

all that mattered to them.

And although the following doesn't have anything to do

with cholesterol, or Mylanta, or Lipitor, it works,

and that's all that matters, even though there isn't

any scientific evidence to show how or why it works.

I'm talking about Avon Skin-So-Soft Bath Oil. And no,

I don't sell Avon. And no, I wouldn't ever use it on

my skin, but it's great to keep fleas and ticks off a

dog, or ants off a patio, or flies or bugs away from

your windows.

I've never had an issue with cholesterol but it does run in my family

so it may just be a matter of time. Some of my friends are using

Provex CV and swear by it. Here's an article I found on it...

all I know about mylanta is that when I went to the mayo clinic,

they gave me this for acid reflux, I tried it a couple of times and I

had some sort of reaction,just a strange felling which told me my

stomach didn't want it and it did nothing for the acid reflux or what

they said was acid reflux. so maybe its not good for people with food

allergies? or IBS type symptoms.I dont

know.
