Hi, .

I finally had a chance to speak with Jordan Dalton medical re: needle sets. I

explained that we still love the sets but have noticed that they are a little

bit duller than in the previous months -- and said, firmly, that it was not me

doing it wrong, my kiddos skin, etc. etc. It was the tip of the needle.

So, he said he would talk with his boss and just make sure that nothing has

changed (e.g., canula, calibration of the machines, etc.).

We'll see...

In the meantime, can you save any needle that was hard to poke through the skin?

And send it to Jordan when you have time? I told him that I would do the same.

If we don't send in the " duller " sets than they can't figure out what's wrong.

For now, my sets are still good -- but me and Ben have had to be more careful

when placing them. I have to bend them back further (stingray) and use a light

right on the spot to make sure the sharpest point of the needle is going in. I

didn't have to work as hard in the past.

If you think you have a really old set (like from a few years ago) you may be

using a dull set as well. Be sure that your home health is sending newer sets

-- not old samples that have been sitting on the shelf. And, trust your

instincts. If you find the newer sets are starting to dull, please set them

aside so Dalton (Jordan's dad) can analyze them and fix the problem...

Take care,
