You may call Dr. Volpe's office. I know he has a lab locally that he works

with.

Laboratories/blood draws troubles

I am having a very difficult time finding a lab that will draw blood

samples for me to overnight to a specialty lab in California. Our

doctor (Jaquelyn McCandless) has patients all over the world who do

this routinely.

Does anyone know of a lab in Houston area that will do draw the

blood, prepare the specimens, and allow the parent to overnight them

to another lab??

Texas Childrens used to do that for us. They have a 24-hour lab collection

site that was really good for kids with special needs. However, that was many

years ago so they may have changed.
