I've used scuppernong grapes that made an awesome Kombucha batch but what other fruits has anyone else used here? Which ones did everyone have the best results with? Or that being said, the worst results? I'm going to try ginger on our next batch, and maybe some sliced apple. Plus it seems the fruit batches tend to be fizzier/ more carbonated.
