Hi Steve,

For me, the fevers, drenching sweats and rash gradually disappeared. I think the fevers were probably the first thing to improve...they didn't go away overnight but didn't spike as high. I still get night sweats from time to time, though nowhere near as bad as when my Stills started (in 1990). I remember one rheumy telling me that as a patient, my joint inflammation & fatigue were harder to control but she had another patient whose fevers were the biggest problem. This has just been my experience...don't know if it helps you much :-)

I guess the subject speaks for itself.

My doc always asks me if my fevers / sweats have gone - is this usually what goes first, and then the aches?
