yet another update on my dad...

i just got home tonight from bringing my dad home from the hospital

in bakersfield. we got back here around 1 and by 4 we were at the

hospital here in town, with my dad being admitted for tests and

observations. he is still bleeding internally, and his doctor here

wants him monitored for the next several days to see if it is being

caused by the aspirin he is taking as a blood thinner is causing

stress to his digestive track - we shall see. for now, he is resting

comfortably and i am attempting to re-acquaint myself with my family

after being gone for two weeks.

i wanted to say thank you to all of you for your prayers, concerns,

and support over the last two weeks. i especially appreciated the

two opportunities to visit in person so many members of my ds

family. THANK YOU!!!

i am trying to catch up on all the posts - don't know if i will

succeed.
