I lost that five and as of this morning - Four more - which means

I'm down 36 pounds! YIPEE!!! Thanks again for all the encouragement

and Sharon I used your mantra " This too shall pass " Also, those

I knew you would! Huge congrats. I know what a relief it is. I

would do that every month. I used to tease that I would just lose

from plateau to plateau...well it really wasnt a tease, more like a

true story. Now I am down 147lbs still trying for the next 20, then

I will be done...but no sticking forks in me!

my dreaded plateau - It's over! Woo hoo - I had gained 5 pounds and

was absolutely freaking out!

Kim...When those plateaus are happening to you it is frustrating to

say the least. I'm glad this one has finally passed. Isn't it just

weird how you can still be losing weight and the scales will

actually go up for a time....then come back down....then suddenly

you see new results!!! What a thrill when it finally happens.

Now go celebrate with a nice brisk walk!
