Guest guest
Has anyone's child taken Kepra? How old was your child? Any side effects? What was it taken for? It was recommended by our Dr but we are leary of giving it.
Guest guest
Hi. My 6-year old son has temporal lobe spikes and waves. He has had two apparent temporal lobe seizures. He has problems with motor planning, impulse control, speech and language. We discussed Keppra with our neurologist, but he does not typically recommend it, because one of its side effects can be to cause aggressive behaviors. Instead, he prescribed Trileptal. Guest guest
-, I do have Experience with Keppra and it was not good. my daughter tookit for several months and had a lot of problems we thoght they were all autism related and comr to find out it was the keppra causing them . Keep a log og your child seizures and behaviors Keppra can cause bad behaviors we thought we were going to have to instutionlize my daughter at one point but once off the Keppra I have a different child My advice just is genral s to keep a close eye. -- In Autism Treatment , " Levine " <stlevine@a...> wrote: > Do any of you have any experience with the medication Kepra?
