DrZ said that he would take off about 5lbs of skin but that it should jump start some more loss. I've been plataued since forever..probably 8-10 months. I'm a 14/16 now and anything smaller than a 14 is just inconcievable to me. I relate to what Tracey said a lot, I still feel fat when I look at my hanging stomach.
