What are you doing as far as weight loss (exercise? diet?) I feel the same, I do better when I'm supported and even though I've been in the group for a while, I still feel like I'm watching it go by rather than participating. So a little about me. I'm June, 28, work in admin, living in London for the past five years and really love it. I've been listening to Inside out weightloss for two months and in that time I've dropped two dress sizes. Which is wonderful and I feel so good about myself but then there are the moments where I get wobbly and I don't know how long it will last for, or even last week, I had a full on binge!
