1 1/2 year-old KT. Made strong. Not vinegary yet. Refrig. Gallon jug. Thick plastic under lid. Just didn't pop as usual.

Dear Ones,

I had two gallon jugs of KT that I made about the time my son went to the

nursing home in Baltimore around July 2008.

One was too strong when I made it. Couldln't dilute it enough so I fianlly threw

it out.

My source here out of business. My daughrer in Boston is sending me more of Dr.

'Sklenar's, but it's coming 7 Jan 2010.

So I began taking about 2 1/2 oz. of mine, diluted with Dole strawberry kiwi

juice, metamucil and Ester C

It's not bad, but I need my usual 8 oz.

Do you think 2 1/2 oz. will hold me til then?

My gout has been worse and I have been dragged out without my Kombucha Tea for

too long.
