Constant Brew question

Happy New Year ! (almost)

I am only KT apprentice.

This morning I filled up my new 2.5 gal. Constant brew glass that I got for

Xmas.

Everything went well til I saw spigot leaking.

Had to ask for new one to be sent.

So transfered tea to 3 one gallon jars with scoby in each.

My question is, when new spigot is installed, (might be a week to arrive),

can I transfer tea from 3 one gallon jars back into 2.5 gallon jar?

Will doing that cause tea or scoby problem?

Also was wondering if anyone has tried to ferment coffee with scoby.

Does it work? Would it be safe to drink or bad idea? Just curious.
