Donna,

I avoid the Myoplex Lite bars for that very reason - too high of a

sugar content. Lots of the bars are like that (especially the ones

that taste the best - *sigh*). I like the Labrada Lean Body bars,

the EAS Simply Protein bars, and quite a few people have posted that

the EAS Low Carb bars are delicious, although I haven't tried them

myself.

I went to www.netrition.com where they sell individual bars so I

could sample a bunch of different ones before committing to a full

box. That's where I tried the Labrada bars (on Kit's suggestion

actually, thanks Kit). The point is, there are quite a few bars out

there with a low sugar content that are delicious, but you have to

wade through some icky ones before you find the ones that fit your

tastes.

Jen B.

P.S. If you are ever in San (being that we are neighbors

practically) I will take you to this little store that sells EAS

stuff dirt cheap.

why would eas put out a bar too high in sugar content? Wouldn't they put

out the best bar to get the best results??? If they seem low and right in

every nutrition category how does the sugar content affect a person???
