i just add sugar water using filtered water and sugar. i do not boil it down, or

fuss much with it. i just dump a gallon or two of sweetened water into the 5

gallon cb vessel. i use about 2 cups of sugar in a gallon of water. then if it

isn't drinkable, i do it again.
