Guest guest
AFAA (Aerobics & Fitness Association of America) has nearly the same definitions. From page 151 of my manual:1) Low Impact Aerobics: keeping at least one foot on or as close to the floor as possible2) Moderate Impact Aerobics: both feet staying on the floor, but the feel roll through a toe-ball-heel action every time 3) High Impact Aerobics: both feet leaving the floor alternately or at the same timeCheers!
