Guest guest
Jan, I think when we are sick our body panics and thinks it has to hold onto every ounce of fat etc. Kind of like the ole starvation diet apptitude. I have had plateaus that lasted from 10 days and my longest was 19 days - thought that one would never end. I have heard of others having longer ones. Just focus on protein and water intake and it will start again when your body is ready - especially considering the illness.
