Hi Tricia-

When I first got the sweats, they were horrible. I was completely drenched. I get the occasionally now...not as bad. Since you mentioned it, I do notice it is primarily the front of my throat and center of my upper chest that is drenched. I can literally mop the sweat off my skin and my pajama top is soaked (usually have to get up and change pj's). Mine does seem to be hormone-related. I can have it anytime, but notice it is worse at mid-cycle, or right before and during the first few days of my period. Definitely weird!

"Question..comcerning sweating"

I've got a question that I've been meaning to ask all of you for a couple

of months.

Do any of you experience sweating only around the back of the neck and

the front (throat) area??? I wake up about 4 a.m. every single morning

feeling very uncomfortable and have this "sweating" going on. It isn't

just a little either..it's like I just took a shower, but *only* the back of the

neck and the front (throat) area...no where else. Is this another wierd

thing with Stills do you think...or just me? I used to sweat from the MTX,

but that was all over the body, and I'm not on MTX anymore. The other

meds at night time are the same as before the sweating occured.

I actually hope someone else experiences this.....please let me know.

Thank you.

I too have the sweating. It seems mostly whenever I am sleeping, no matter what time of day it is. Even though I am still on the MTX, the main parts seems to be the back of my neck and my throat chest area. And it truly does get annoying lol.. Hope you are all doing okay. Still waiting on the Humira. joy joy lol.. Know am waiting to see if I have a sinus infection or if it is a migraine waiting to happen. Did chest and sinus xrays this afternoon, so am waiting. All I have been doing the last four days is sleeping. Sorry I have been so quiet. I would like to welcome all the newbies hehe.. Love you all and think about you all lots

Dearest Kel, I hope those dreams are happy and I fully believe that sleep is sometimes the best medicine to help you heal. Especially with Stills. Big hugs and hopes you get better real soon. Melt

Hi Kelley,

Have you been reading the couple of posts from our dear ones about Humira lately? It seems there is a bit of a problem with it so I wish you'd check it out VERY thoroughly. I'll be darned if I can remember who and what was going on with it. I think our Caroline has a bit of a problem and someone else also. I might be telling you this with no concrete info but if you've been reading our posts, maybe you remember someone who had a bad reaction from it. Not that we all don't have reactions from some of our medications........ :o( Just check it out for sure.....
