I promise to catch up with everyone tomorrow! (Welcome back

Theresa!!!) But for right now, does anyone happen to know how to

make cheese bites? I saw the recipe somewhere but can't find it

now. It was very simple and involved nothing but an oven and bite

sized slices of cheese. They're like those " Just the Cheese " bites

you can buy in the low-carb section of Henry's. I'm just a terrible

cook and I'm afraid I'm going to burn them by turning the oven on

too high or leaving them in too long. Anyone got a clue? I sure

would appreciate it!
