Guest guest Posted April 28, 2010 Report Share Posted April 28, 2010 Hi , My non-expert opinion for those of us who are just doing 45-60 minute videos most days a week, I don't think there is anything "special" we need to do other than to eat a heatlhy, well-balanced diet, take a good multivitamin, maybe some fish oil or other supplements, and drink plenty of water. I think you get into more "scientific" approaches to eating/re-fueling when you are doing longer and more instense sessions and/or training seriously for an event - like 's long rides, for instance. Or 's body building goals. Just my two cents, I really like to keep things fairly simple, though! I find that when I over-analyze stuff it makes me crazy!
