Guest guest
I believe if you read the fine print you can get up to $10,000 life insurance without any medical evaluation or info but I don't have the names of any specific one. That is a excellent question though.... Guest guest
Mutual of Omaha offers small policies up to $20,000 or almost any of those companies that sell from 45-80 regardless of health conditions. Unless you are working and can keep one through your present or former employer.

Guest guest
The only Life insurance that I think you can get is for Accidental Death or Dismemberment. The exception may be that if you are hired by a large corporation where you would automatically be offered these benefits, usually after a certain length of employment. Guest guest
Employer group ter policies are the only realistic option for HIV+ people, because they have to accept the entire group. If you leave the employer you'll have rights to convert to an individual policy, but that doesn't mean you'll be able to afford the premiums. Try to get an individual policy yourself, especially with HIV, and you either won't get it, or can't afford the premiums. Companies that sell to anyone regardless of health will either: A) have premiums that start cheap but quickly jump to unaffordable cover you regardless of pre-existing condition, but will exclude it; or jack up your premiums because of it C) impose long waiting periods before you can make a claim D) all of the above If they cancel your policy, all they have to do is refund your premiums. These companies aren't stupid. They're won't sell to policyholders who are overwhelmingly likely to cost them more than they take in. Would you? It's the same reason nobody wants to buy viaticals anymore for policies HIV+ people have had for a long time-- we're living so much longer with HIV that they end up paying out way too much on your premiums before you die. It's just not a good bet for them anymore. > > The only Life insurance that I think you can get is for Accidental Death or Dismemberment.
