Guest guest Posted March 6, 2001 Report Share Posted March 6, 2001 Hi all, I know that Bill lists one of these as ok in his book (I haven't read it for a while), after closer inspection of my food intake I have noticed I am sometimes consuming WholeMeal Bread and sometimes WholeWheat pita. Can somebody tell me if both of these are ok or should I cut one of them our of my diet. Otherwise, all has been well and I am very impressed with my progress so far with BFL (I am currently in week 4). And thankyou to everybody who posts and replies to this group each day, just reading through the messages helps me keep motivated and on track.
