Guest guest
and others-in-the-know,You mentioned that ADAP and Medicare Part-D patients do not qualify for Patient-Assistance-Programs (PAP). Given the economies in most states, chances are that ADAP programs will operate at heavily reduced benefits. Because these patients were in ADAP and/or Medicare Part-D, that would disqualify them automatically. Are there groups mobilizing to avoid these possible health catastrophe? Missing medication even for a day may have dire consequences. Patients cannot wait for these monolithic programs to change and adjust to the new economic realities. Are PAP's aware and ready to implement something if this is the case? Thanks ahead to all for your input and comments.
