Guest guest
If you are talking about Taebo Advanced TV #5. It's the one where Billie is wearing white tank and black pants. (since getting TAEBO TV, I now keep a notebook and write down all the workout and what Billie is wearing, after doing the workout I write down what I thought of the workout, how much I sweat, what were the moves, etc.) This is the only way I can keep track!!! Anyway, I wrote down that #5 was VERY HARD, but lots of fun. It had TAEBO combat at the end and also pushups (one-armed too) . I really liked this workout. It was a challenge!~!! Guest guest
I now weigh between 105 and 108, I lost around 30 lb. (typing error). I could probably stand to gain a few lbs but my metabolism has changed so much I can't gain it back.
