Hi a,

Yes, I read the PH Miracle several months ago. Below is an outline I

posted shortly after, detailing what he recommends. It's a great

book and really makes you think about what we put in our bodies. I

should pull it out again!

Right now I'm reading The Greatest Miracle in the World by Og

Mandino. Super short read that's incredible...makes you realize the

miracle of life and the powers God has granted us to do absolutely

anything. Several people who have recovered from multiple sclerosis

contributed it to their recovery. I highly recommend it! Love PH
