Yes, I was referring to the tanning booth. I hate to use them

because of the cancer risk and on the vain end of things, I do not

want to look old before my time (I have some very leather-like

friends.) Anyone with any info on use of sunscreen and length of

exposure would be most helpful.

Ellen I was reading an article once on the use of sunscreen and how

it Decreases the rays that cause our bodies to make vit. D. The

article was for the general population and talking about the

decrease of vit. D people are getting because of the use of

sunscreens and how that leads to a decrease of calcium absorption

therefore the whole Osteo bone thing.....sooooo with the use of

sunscreen you need a longer exposure to either sun or tanning booth

time......sorta a catch 22.
