Guest guest
Saul, If memory serves me correctly, you once mentioned you and Sherri-Lee do ear insufflation nightly??? If so, how long do you insufflate? Thanks, Gail
Guest guest
I learned a different way of doing ear insufflation that works well for me. I found an inexpensive stethoscope on eBay and removed the flat round metal " diaphragm " from the end. Then I used a silicon connector piece from Cole-Parmer to attach the end of the stethoscope tube to the silicon tubing that goes into the ozone equipment. I turn up the equipment full blast. However, I do NOT put the stethoscope all the way into my ears! Instead, I balance it upside-down on my head so that the earpieces merely rest NEAR the ear openings. The ozone then blows into the ear canal without any suction. Used this way, I can insufflate for an hour at a time without discomfort. (I used to get some crusts when I had an earpiece entirely inside the ear.) The advantages are: my hands are free; I can hear what's going on in the room and don't have to listen to the noise of the ozone equipment blaring in my ear; and I can reap powerful benefits without oozing crusts. The other day I was exposed to varnish and mold. That, together with the increased chemtrail activity, gave me a wicked sore throat and aggravated a case of sinusitis that had been under control. So I did ear insufflation, in the manner described above, for an hour and a half. I felt almost well the next day. Best, Nenah

If doing insufflation one ear at a time, I found it cumbersome to hold the piece because I needed to do it for much longer. Plus, I didn't like the noise from the unit. The stethoscope works well because the way it sits on the head, you don't put the earpiece deep inside the ear. This is why you turn up the ozone generator as high as you can. It works for me. Guest guest
Hi Nenah, Why do you need to do it for much longer than the recommended 5 minutes? Are different generators different as in the length of time one is suppose to insufflate. I'm not questioning the benefits but wondering why the times are so different. I just don't know what an hour insufflating would do to my ear/head. With my method, I stop when I'm finished. I'm finished when my head clears. Simple. N
Guest guest
Hi Nenah, I had to laugh when I read your reponse. I, too, had to learn this important lesson. However, with me I had to learn to go slower than what was recommended.
