Guest guest
A few of us have been talking off line and we'd really like to combine our efforts and start trying to raise awareness in other ways - maybe by doing one of the support bracelets (like the Livestrong ones). The idea is in it's infancy of course - but, if there were to be a bracelet to come out of our efforts - what would you like to see on it? Would you want it plain? Would you want a phrase on the back? If so, what would you want? I'm just trying to brainstorm and come up with ideas to present to people who are interested in backing this - and we felt, what better place to start than right here on the board with the people who are touched by this the most....right? Thanks for the input. Stef

Guest guest
I've seen that one too but sadly, they've been sold out for quite a while and I've emailed several times asking if they were going to have more and there's been NO response. SOOOOO.....I was just asking what you all thought of having one and if you liked the idea, what would you like to see on it.... Thanks Stef A few of us have > been talking off line and we'd really like to combine > > our efforts and start trying to raise awareness in other ways - maybe > > by doing one of the support bracelets (like the Livestrong ones). > > The idea is in it's infancy of course - but, if there were to be a > > bracelet to come out of our efforts - what would you like to see on > > it? Guest guest
Wouldn't it be nice if we did have a bracelet that said something like Primary Immunodeficiency Awareness and either the website for Primary Immune or Modell I created my own car bumper sticker with the above on it. I also have the website phrase' know the sign of PI' on the bumper sticker as well. I have had so many people stop to ask-it does raise awareness - Mom to in CT ________________________________ From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of sarah larson Sent: Friday, March 16, 2007 10:10 AM Subject: Re: If we did a support bracelet - what would you want on it. Guest guest
Thanks Pam.... I did that already several times without reply. I gave up. PLUS, that's not the 'official' color for PID - at least not according to the IDF. I think that's for Michigan - but not for the IDF. SO, that's why I have come to you all here - to get input and opinions. Thank you though for the contact, I appreciate it! Take Care Stef
