Have been doing ozone saunas for 5 years now and my urine/fecal provocation came

back in 70%ile for aluminum. Also high in many others but know how to get rid

of them.... hopefully! :-)

When detoxing, especially very toxic substances like heavy metals, it is

always best to add in a regimen of clay/activated charcoal to

minimize/eliminate the burden on the body's eliminatory organs - the

clay/charcoal binds with chemicals/toxins/metals to allow them to

harmlessly pass through the bowels, thereby dramatically reducing the

work the liver has to do, thus reducing or even eliminating the herx

reactions. This has the added plus of being able to dramatically speed

up the cleansing process, because you can eliminat far more crap without

suffering from the dreaded 'herx' reactions (headaches, flu, rashes, etc)...

The one thing that keeps me from using clay or charcoal while

detoxing is that I'm also taking many other supplements. The clay

and charcoal will bind with those things as well and keep them from

being absorbed. Same with betasitosterol, which can bind to toxins.

It also binds to fats and keeps you from digesting those good fats

like the fish and flax oils.

I take most of my vitamins with meals. Would the charcoal be good

away from meals? How far apart would it need to be so I can get the

full benefit of my other supplements?

Dear Saul,

Forgive me for going on asking until I feel that I really understand

matters ........but that's me.

The chemtrails consist mainly of aluminium oxide, that normally is as

inert as sand, but because in 'nano form' (particles of 10 micron and

less) is highly reactive and easily to be absorbed.

I thought chelation - giving it a protein coating - was the only way to

get it out of the body.

You think there is another mechanism possible, because of the 'nano

state', in which a second oxidation takes place ? Or didn't you know

that the aluminium already is in al oxide form ?

Please advise.

Hello Ken,

I was kind of taken back by those percentages as I have followed your

progress over the years. I also know you memtioned you had gotten up

to doing 15 minutes 3 Xs daily ear insufflation so with all that it

appears you have only had limited success with removing heavy

metals. Aluminum being the main one.

If memory serves me correctly (and that is questionable ), don't

you also have an infared sauna? Reason I'm asking is because it

seems like I once asked you to compare the two, to which you replied

there really wasn't a comparison as they worked differently??? IF

you do have an infared sauna, are you using it? If so, how is it

working for you? On the other hand, maybe you don't even have one.

I thought you did but could be wrong. If you do have one and are

using it, it must not be doing much to remove the aluminum either.

Again if you have one, does it make you sweat more than the ozone

sauna?

I'm starting to look closer into infared saunas as I also have had

only limited success with ozone. I'm wondering if the heat from the

infared would work better in removing heavy metals. Care to

comment. Comments from other infared users are also welcomed.

Form treating a terminal disease, I think that would be in the low end.

There are a few things to remember with Vitamin C...

First, space it out throughout the day. The body metabolizes Vit C very

quickly, and eliminates the excess - so if you took 10gram twice per

day, you're probably wasting 16-18 grams of it (the vast majority).

The ideal is to take enough Vitamin C to just BELOW what is called

'bowel tolerance' - or, more graphically - diarrhea.

It varies from person to person, but this is generally found to be

between .5G - 3G per hour. Of course, when starting a new regimen, you

may need to work up to it. Once you have found your tolerance, stay

there for a few weeks, then try increasing it to see if you can tolerate

more.

The point is, if you are treating a deadly diease, you want to stay at

just under bowel tolerance for the duration (until the beastie is gone).

Then you can reduce to maintenance levels - anywhere from 6-20 grams per

day, again, spaced out, not all at once.

Second, the *kind* of vitamin c is all-important - personally, I go with

the kind that the god-father of Vitamin C used and recommends:

L-ascorbic acid <-- it is the 'L' that is most important here

I think I'm beginning to sound like a broken record...

CLAY (calcium bentonite) and Activated Charcoal.

Activated Charcoal aDsorbs (as opposed to aBsorbs) toxic chemicals like

DDT, and the clay draws out the mercury (and other heavy metals).

Anyone detoxing without using these is doing themselves a grave disservice.
