Guest guest Posted October 14, 2006 Report Posted October 14, 2006 Didn't Dick hook up several small bottles of water daily.. Put them all in his fridge for the following day?? So he had the equivalent of a gallon to drink daily!! I know water in large amounts is necessary of the side effects..Kathy -- Re: Debi - water Maybe someone here knows it. I drank about a gallon a day. Usually a gallon spaced throughout the day and to use a gallon of bottled water or pitcher to make sure it's a full gallon per day. Deb Quote

Guest guest Posted October 18, 2006 Report Posted October 18, 2006 I have a documentary on TIVO, that runs test's on water. The conclusion is Tap H2o is better for us than ANY bottled water. Guest guest Posted October 18, 2006 Report Posted October 18, 2006 We actually got on the kick lately of buying bottled water. Guest guest Posted October 18, 2006 Report Posted October 18, 2006 I put filters on in my new place. Way too much chlorine and iron oxide. Now it's great. New York City has repeatedly been rated the best water. It actually comes from the Croton Reservoir way upstate. BTW, Evian was the first water with a shelf life date as it has bacteria in it. Guest guest Posted October 18, 2006 Report Posted October 18, 2006 Hi Dick... You would be a good yardstick to use, about the chlorine taste, as much as you travel,,,, never mind...you don't drink that water. duh....Hey, at two bucks a week, just over a $100.00 a year, what the heck??? I wonder if there are water tasting clubs around? Like wine tasting? Guest guest Posted October 18, 2006 Report Posted October 18, 2006 Just make very sure that the bottles are clean. Rr-used bottles can carry germs in the screw on tops so clean them thoroughly. Guest guest Posted October 18, 2006 Report Posted October 18, 2006 Water from the tap varies in taste from place to place. I have even found some that have no taste at all...just like it should be. Guest guest Posted October 18, 2006 Report Posted October 18, 2006 We were buying bottled wotted for a while. It got to where it was costing us too much and the taste was not much better than our local tap water.(EEEEEEWWWW) So we spent a few extra bucks and installed a PUR water filter. Its one that justs attaches to the facuet. It shows ya when the filter needs to be replaced. And tastes SOOOO much better than our plain tap water. We also have a 2 gallon tank we keep in the fridge that has a spicket. Then we have water the way I like it. Very cold. Just our way of dealing with the water issue. love and hugs d --- <kcmija@...> wrote: > We actually got on the kick lately of buying bottled > water.
