I Del, ESLD MELD 10, on the "LIST" and I guess just waiting to become sicker before I'm called. Can't do tx. I believe and KNOW everyone here supports you in every way we can, but I also believe you don't need a barage of information and do this and try that overload type of thing either. (like I just did) I don't personally know you, but I do personally know the effects of the drugs and the disease itself, concerning our state of "Mental Being". I didn't realize I had...not RAGE...but my level of getting upset at something and voicing my opinion firmly, was quite in order. Then... I would forget about it. As a matter of fact, I did it the other day, the drugs and disease DO make our minds act/react differently. I actually used to LOOK for people parking in handicapped zones that didn't have stickers or liscence plates, and make sure they understood how important that space is...even if for a second. Then not remember that I did it. Or rolling stops through stop signs when on my motorcycle. I was a one man vigilante crew. Your doc referred to, I can't remember exactly, but your reaction to stress... I think he said, and then mentioned it again. You think there is any truth to that? You didn't mention how YOU felt your level of stress and actions were. How could HE know??? HE doesn't need a liver! This may be total bullshit, because I have been manipulated into believing my mental ability was deteriorating, and while it WAS deteriorating in reality, I bought a digital pocket recorder to record meetings to try and prove he did or didn't say something.. Was I not acting in a normal manner? WHO KNOWS?? I ofcourse thought I was..others may think I was crazy with paranoia. NEXT... It could be because you have Medicare... I don't know if that is a matter of public record or not, you may check with them. It SUCKS!! I can only imagine.... but you are staying "real" in the sense that they want dollars and successes, because every successful TP gets them more money in the form of funding. My surgeon told me this.
