Guest guest
After TEN flipping minutes of scratching my head, I decided to do Fat Blaster Glad you got a workout in Darcy. I HATE when I can't figure out what workout to do. That's the very reason I do rotations. ~**~~**~Check out AOL Money Finance's list of the hottest products and top money wasters of 2007. Guest guest
Great job Michellle!! I did housewrk 'max' all day today (is that what you guys call it?), but then was able to do a workout at the end of the day. I was looking for a cardio w/ weights workout. Not a circuit workout, but all aerobic. I grabbed a " New You " ..by Tracey..ugh.. I'm drawing a blank here. Anyway, I ended up shutting it off at the 30 minute mark cuz it was all toning..grr.. I liked it a lot, but it wasn't what I was " needing " . After TEN flipping minutes of scratching my head, I decided to do Fat Blaster (TJ). So, it did end up being fine. Not exactly what I was intending, but oh well Darcy Hi, Well, I finally got my workout in today. I actually didn't think it was going to happen. I did 4 Day Split Kick Box (warm up, cardio & cool down) I was reluctant to even do it since I had just ate a ton of food a couple of hours ago. When I workout and eat like that I usually get side cramps and I did a little bit this time, but it wasn't real bad. I'm just glad it was a 30 minute workout. I burned 252 calories. That's probably a bite or two of what I ate today. ugh... I hope you all are having a nice weekend. ~**~~**~ Check out AOL Money Finance's list of the hottest products and top money wasters of 2007. Guest guest
I just finished doing The Biggest Loser, The Workout right now. This is one of the many new ones that I bought recently but hadn't tried yet. I really liked it. I did the first workout on the DVD. For me those jumping jacks were killer. This was kinda tough for me but I really did like it. I will definitely be using this one for awhile as I work my way up through the other workouts. Man oh man do I feel all stretched out everywhere. I did have to get a little snippy with my husband when he came in asking me dumb questions and bugging me while I was working out, but I had a little chat with him and I think he gets it now and we're all good. I went to the thrift store this morning and they had a set of 1, 2, and 3 pound weights for .50 each. I was kinda miffed after my little jaunt to Kmart last week to buy weights but I went ahead and bought them in case my Mom or sister ever come to visit I am going to make them work out with me. Haha. Have a great evening everyone. in CA No virus found in this outgoing message. Guest guest
Good for you! I'm the same way when I'm doing a workout. Don't even talk to me while I'm doing it! Don't walk across the room, either! It rarely happens anymore. Guest guest
I have this and it's on my ever growing list of things to do! So what is MMA about this workout? Is it cardio kickboxing like her other stuff or are there other mixed martial arts brought into it?Thanks!
Guest guest
Hi Indyrose, I'm the same - shopping KILLS my back, too. I also can walk/hike for a long time without problems, but standing around a shopping mall is murder! I did switch from a purse (shoulder bag) to a back pack and that has helped. Also a cross-body type purse is better than a shoulder bag for me since the weight is distributed evenly. I know we didn't start out talking about purses, but the shopping discussion got me thinking about purses/money Take care!Donna To: exercisevideos Sent: Sat, October 30, 2010 11:50:44 PMSubject: Saturday workout I sloughed off today. Three hours of shoe and other shopping really flared up my back. I can walk for miles with no problem, but standing around on concrete floors just kills my back. I did get new shoes - NB crosstrainers, and a few other clothes for myself.Good news is that the DVDs I put on hold from the library are in, so I will pick them up tomorrow. This includes Turbo Jam, which I'm eager to try out! Then I actually get to go to work Monday! Yeah!! For those of you who have not experienced unemployment, having even a temporary income is great!
