Guest guest
Jarrow makes several products with differing balances of DHA and EPA. All have merit, as do products from other quality manufacturers like Nordic, Carlson, Spectrum, and many others. I use Jarrow's product called " MAXDHA " because it has helped reduce the chances of me having an atrial fibrillation event more than other fish oil products by Jarrow and others. It contains much more DHA than EPA. Most fish oil products contain more EPA than DHA. I assume this is why it works best for me.
