It's very important to shower directly after taking a sauna to prevent the

toxins from being reabsorbed through the skin.

If the water is cold or cool, it will help further stimulate the circulation and

possibly the thyroid as well.

So then perhaps a tepid/cool bath/dip in a H2O2 bath, following the sauna

is a good idea.

I would still shower briefly, for a minute or so, just to rinse off the surface

layer of toxins. THEN, getting into an H2O2 bath would be great. The pores would

still be nice and open and you'd have all that oxygen getting into your body

through the skin.

Great idea about the bath; I hadn't thought of it for myself. Thanks. I'll do it

soon.
