Guest guest
Hi Folks, Sometimes it seems to be the little things that we overlook or neglect which should have been so obvious. I think that has been the case with me. Don't know for sure but thought I'd throw this out for any who might still be struggling with the ozone rash. What is that they say about the kidneys being the largest organ of the body? Something like that anyway. Well, as everybody here knows I've struggled with the ozone rash for quite a while now. Recently, I started drinking a gallon of water daily as was suggested to help flush out the toxins and hydrate at the same time. Would you believe the water is clearing up the rash? I think so anyway. It could be a conbination of time or something else I'm doing, too. But it really seems like it is the water that is doing it. An example: Took an ozone sauna (25 minute) Sat. evening. Produced a slight rash that itched for a day. Today is Tues. and I have no rash in the least. Looks like I'll climb back into the sauna this evening and see what happens. If this is due to the increased water I've been drinking, I just wanted to share it with others. Don't forget the water! LOTS of it! Gail __________________________________________________

Guest guest
> > Gail, > > What happened to the charcoal, I thought you had written that the > charcoal had cleared up the rash for you >================== Hi Noodlydoo, Yes, the charcoal did clear it up, but I had to continue to use it. It would stop the itch and the rash would fade away, by taking anywhere from 5 to 10 tsp. of activated charcoal in a glass of water throughout the day. The problem I was having is I kept getting very bad charlie horses. I've heard that charcoal binds to, not only the toxins, but also your minerals. It was suggested to only drink the drink two hours before or after taking supplements. With me having to drink so much (and it did take that amount to clear up the rash and stop the itch), I was not always able to keep clear of the two hour time limit. That plus it was making me very tired. I don't know if that was from the toxins being dumped or from the charcoal itself. The fist tsp. I took made me feel very good but the more I took the better the rash but the worse the charlie horses and tireness. Ultimately, I quit taking it. I'm also doing the ing/Rath protocol which calls for a lot of C and am wondering if that is helping with the rash. I was careful to only do ozone two hours before or after the C but then Saul stated to do it 6 hours after taking C or do the ozone first and wait 2 hours before taking the C. So that is what I am doing now. So yes, the charcoal did clear the rash but it was only temporarily. It would keep trying to make an appearance then I would drink some more charcoal and it would disappear, but I had to continue that all day long. I think if I had been able to continue, it might have done a more completed job. Gail > >
