Guest guest
Dear Gigs, The Vitamin C will block the action of the ozone. Do the ozone first thing in the morning, then start the Vitamin C dosages two hours later. Best of Health! C & Ozone Date: Tue, 14 Sep 2004 05:47:20 -0000 Hi, I saw a comment from Fred that Vitamin C destroys ozone? Part of my therapy along with ozone is Sodium (salt tablets) with C. I take about 12,000 mg of C a day; 1,000 per hour. Does C inhibit the efficasy of ozone? If so, should I not take any C at all? Are there any other vitamins or supplements that should be avoided? I consider ozone and Rife my primary therapies, so if this is a known fact then it's time to stop C. Anti-oxidant meets oxidant... Yup, they destroy each other. You want to continue taking vitamin C, at just below your bowel tolerance level. It is suggested that one take vitamin C at least 1/2 hour (or longer) after ozone therapy. Ozone doesn't last very long, and once it is gone, there is no problem with taking vitamin C. However vitamin C does last in the body for a while, so you might need to increase your ozone therapy to compensate, depending on the type of ozone therapy. Dr. Pressman is the best person to ask about this.
Guest guest
why do i always want a glass of fruit juice after the ozone sauna? is this enough to counteract the ozone, or do you need to take large doses of c for this effect
