Glad to hear the molding process was 'tolerable'. Curious where you are

going for treatment. Sorry if you've already noted that info. It's hard to

keep up with where everyone is in this process and what treatment options

they are pursuing where etc.

I AM TAKING MY SON TO ST. JOSEPHS CHILDRENS HOSPITAL IN PATERSON, NJ I AM

FROM JERSEY CITY, NJ SO ITS NOT FAR AT ALL.

We are in Freeland, MI. Our daughter is 4 months old. We

have our appt with the cranial facial folks at UofM next week. We

could begin treatment with a helmet 2 weeks after if all goes well.

Did you discuss the DOC band vs helmet with your doc(s)? Just

curious if they provided any input as to their experience with both

products. Does St. phs Hospital make their own helmet thru their

orthotics dept or do they obtain them from somewhere else? So many

questions, so little time.....Hope all goes well and look forward to

hearing of your progress.

THEY DO THE HELMETS RIGHT IN THE HOSPITAL AND NO I DIDNT ASK ABOUT THE BAND I

FIGURED AS LONG AS THEY CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. IT DIDNT MATTER TO ME.

yes i did ask about the doc band,opps just noticed this ? wasnt for me

lol.. i will answer anyway..lol...hershey makes there own helmet thru

orthotics, what the told me about the doc band was that cranial tech was a

very agressive marketer... compared to aol on isp's or at & t on long distance

,that their helmets do work but they have seen some head shapes that the

band would never work on and also they said that the $ is way to much that u

are paying for there agressive marketing campain...lol.. not my opinon just

stating theirs
