We have a 4' pool outside that the kids swim in and all I ever use to keep it

clean is H202. The liner is plastic and it hasn't hurt it a bit. It's in

there 24/7 so I wouldn't see where a liner would hurt at all.

You could also do a foot soak if you are really worried about your tub.

Easier to just do it that way and it will also be absorbed through your

skin. You can spray the rest of your body down and air dry. Works great

also.

Have a wonderful night now,

Oh, I'm not that worried about the tub, I am more worried about

myself, and any chemicals/plasticisers that might leach into the bath.

I cannot do H2O2 in the tub because anything oxidising will

ruin/dissolve the finish. But if the plastic liner is okay

chemistry-wise, I will try to find a thick one and go for it.

I had a sea salt & baking powder bath tonight (I can do that in my tub).

If I do H2O2 baths, can I add things to it like baking soda and sea

salt as well?

Sure you can add those and apple cider vinegar as well.

Let us know how you feel after your first. Let the water stand 15 minutes or

so and you will see what all comes out of your body. Might be ucky!

I did one H2O2 bath the other night with a drop cloth in the tub. I

could only tolerate about ten minutes, I think I am supposed to soak

for 30 minutes. I felt great afterwards and very clean. It took the

tub about ten minutes to drain, I didn't see anything unusual or yuky

in the water at all.
