" Rogena (I think this was from you to me). = ) Our peds said that a " negative " result for IgA antibodies is meaningless if one is IgA deficient. " Positives " can be a sign that there are actually antibodies from the disease. - Just to clarify, you probably want to find the best possible GI doc (that has experience with allergies and eosinophils) before concluding that breastmilk is safe or not.
