Our peds said that a " negative " result for IgA antibodies is meaningless if

one is IgA deficient. " Positives " can be a sign that there are actually

antibodies from the disease.

Just to clarify, you probably want to find the best possible GI doc (that has

experience with allergies and eosinophils) before concluding that breastmilk is

safe or not. In the meantime, you have to use your mommy instincts and observe

baby closely...as you are.
