It helps cerebral palsy kids and I've seen some bad ones--one girl who had never said a word in her 9 year old life, after some hyperbaric sessions in a clinic, said " Mommy " . I don't know what your finances are, but you have to do it ongoing. There is a used chamber for sale on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? That is less than half the price of current chambers. The problem is though, it would be better for you to go in with Zachary into a chamber and this solace is kind of small.
