Hi,

will be starting day camp on a lake next monday. His

doctor and therapist emphasized the importance of keeping his summer

structured. Instead of having him take the bus, I'll drive him there

and back. Since he has a history of running on meds, and late

afternoon melt-downs, I'm wondering what to tell camp. I'm pretty

confident a meltdown wouldn't happen in the structured environment of

camp, but just in case it does, they need to know. I'm concerned that

they won't want the responsiblity and won't want him to attend. Has

anyone had experience with this? Any suggestions on how I can tell

the camp director in a way that won't scare him off? Thanks!

Tamara
