This morning I was going to do some floor work legs, but my legs are actually a bit sore from the other day and they feel really tight so I decided to do one more cardio for this week. I went with Amy's KB Surge. I did premix 1 (combo's and surges 1-3 + core) I modified the abs and did them on the floor while she did the standing stuff which I never feel in my abs.
