Hi Sandy, I know that after I had been drinking kt for a couple of months (and I

started out slowly) I started having those symptoms. Having dealt with

different herbs that cleaned me out before, I believe it was detoxification.

Also, for me it might quite possibly have been working on issues I used to have

with my sinuses many years ago (having gone from numerous sinus infections and

being on antibiotics nine months out of the year to rarely taking any

antibiotics) so I do believe that it could be something your body is finally

trying to get rid of. Everyone is different and may or not experience detox,

but sneezing and runny nose is a common detox symptom I hear about. Jeani
