Guest guest
Oh good. Thanks so much for answering that question for me, Gayle. It was a bit of a concern and I wanted to be sure before introducing someone else to it. > KT has about the same amount of alcohol as fruit juice. > If one would drink fruit juic ...one ought not to have any issues with KT. Guest guest
Hi and EveryOne, That depends on the alcoholic. For many people, Kombucha is a way to get off alcohol and stay off of it. However some people who have problems with alcohol feel that they don't want to take any chance and avoid Kombucha. Kombucha has a tiny amount of alcohol,-as much as fruit juice. Guest guest
I have asked before about Kombucha for an alcoholic, and I understand the amount of alcohol is negligible. However, I was wondering if there would be more or less as a result of second fermentation and if it is better NOT to do a second fermentation if someone is? Thanks!
