Guest guest Posted March 1, 2006 Report Posted March 1, 2006 Just got back from the dentist after having another tooth extracted. This was another back one that had the bands for the braces around it. Unlike the last extraction, this one took a little longer since the Novocain didn't numb it all the way. Finally I just bore down and let him get on with it. It was unpleasant, but once the tooth started to go, the pain lessened rapidly until it was gone before it was all the way out. The worst part though was the needle at the beginning. I swear he scraped the root. Well, its over and done with now. Still have one or two, again back ones really messed up by the braces, that might have to go before too long. One of them could probably get by with a root canal, but I would much rather have an extraction than one of those. Quote
