I believe plants, have a " life force " at the very least, although I

cannot define what this is exactly. I will say that I have always

enjoyed caring for flowers, vegetables, bushes, and trees.

I like to see them grow healthy and strong, and I hate to see them get

removed.

Thing is I believe plants do feel pain - I think it has kind of been

proven. I believe every living thing has some sort of feeling though.

Yeah - I get what you're saying - but can't they leave some in the

ground - do they have to dig them all up - and once they are out of

the ground - are they dead?

Like I said I think too much and btw - I'm not vegetarian, but I do

like to think that all living things could have a nice life - bit

idealistic I know.

I can't help it - but now I am having mental images of trying to

resusatate a carrot :-) 'Quick the carrot's crashed - stand clear' :-)

I sense the life force too and can 'feel' when plants are stressed.

During a time of drought I felt the distress to a great degree. But I

don't believe they are sentient (but what do I know).

> (I think): "It would kind of be nice if they did let some reach the end of their life cycle and only take a percentage for food"Raven could better elucidate. The native peoples here did just that. Bulbs that were dug up from the land that was itself their 'garden' were separated and several corms were replanted to provide the following years sustenance.Sustainability forever!  Rainbow
