Guest guest
Bobby, have you seen a rheumatologist? If not, I urge you to do so. I wish I'd insisted on a referral to one a lot sooner than I did! Am I remembering correctly that you're in Texas? I don't know if you're anywhere near Ft. Worth, but if so, I would not hesitate to recommend the one I'm going to. He's indicated to me that he's all too aware of, and alarmed by the ever-growing threat we're under with statins being recommended for more and more patients. And he's thorough. What you describe includes many of the after-effects that I've been having and my rheumatologist says they are definitely autoimmune and statin-related. If you'd like, just email me and I'll give you his name, address and phone number. Or your primary care doctor may have one he'd prefer to refer you to. In any case, I think a rheumatology work-up would be a very good next step for you.flyinresorts <flyinresorts@...> wrote: I experienced tremors, tingling, shocks, muscle twitching, spasms, and muscles crawling on their own. Guest guest
Thank you ...just wanted to know if I understood the term correctly....am presenting my Dr with a declaration of what I feel statins have done to me...find it hard to put it all down on paper but when I get it done I will post it....I am now 7 wks statin free and see some slight improvement at least in my memory and cognitive ability....but if I want to do anything physical I have to weigh out whether the recouping time is worth the effort..I did learn in a pain management session that stopping the activity as soon as the pain starts will sometimes divert the total kick in...that is sometimes only five/ten mins work sessions, but it has helped....thanks for sharing.....Kay [TakingLipitorAndHa teIt] low cholesterol & Parkinson > Symtoms> > > > > > > > Right everyone lets do a little experiment of our own - there is> > approx 800 of us on this website lets see how many of us have had> > Parkinson Type symptoms when our cholesterol was lowered with the> > Statins. Guest guest
Hi Kay, I am not Bobby, my name is bill and I have the same problems as Bobby. It means that when you start to exercise your muscles start to ache, you get short of breath, lighteaded. I am not trying to speak for Bobby but this is what happens to me. My cardio. says that all he wants me to do for exercise is to walk slow. Best wishes. Guest guest
The cholesterol scam and the mass poisoning being perpetrated by Big Pharma is nothing short of a crime against humanity.
