Running nose question

Hi everyone,

I got my son's Immunosciences Lab test results back 2 weeks ago and learned that his CMV virus titer is 900. So my DAN! told me to double Valtrex (I was doing 250 2X a day, now 500 2X a day). My son is doing quite well in terms of tolerating it. But his OCD got worse, somethings he is really lost in his world and for the past 1.5 weeks he has had green stuff coming off his nose. I took him to the doctors, no sinus or ear infection. So no antibiotics. But, could that be a reaction from the virus dying?

If anyone has had this experience, how long did it last? Is this what is called regression period?
