(This post responds to 's question about how to get spouses involved

in BFL. 's post, to which this one responds, is copied and pasted

toward the *bottom* of this message.)

Hi !

My wife and I have been involved in BFL together from the beginning, so my

experience may be limited in offering constructive suggestions.

Has your wife seen any of the inspirational videos, such as *Body of Work* or

the *BFL Success Stories, Vols. I and II*? Those might help.

Also, you can feel free to show your wife the Web site that my wife and I

recently recreated, the information for which is in my signature (at the

bottom of this message). We have before and after pictures there as well as

some words about the great, positive impact BFL has had on our lives. And we

offer lots of links to valuable BFL support.

I hope some of these ideas help!

Best of Fortune!

I've been doing alot of the cooking. Any suggestions on how to get

her to take up bfl and give up on the thigh master, ab wheel,

breathing tapes, weight watchers that sit on the shelf? >>
